CHRISTOPHER P. HOWARD, MBA, CMA, CMC, CBC - Senior Director, graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Economics and from Santa Clara University with a Master of Business Administration. He is Certified in Management Accounting, a Certified Management Consultant, a Certified Professional Consultant to Management and a Certified Business Counselor. Chris has been a COO and/or a CFO of two publicly reporting companies. He worked as a senior consultant for Ernst & Young CPAs and managing consultant for Grant Thornton CPAs. Chris specializes in positioning small and mid-size companies for growth, preparing technical, financial and economic analyses (projected financial statements, loss calculations, business valuations) and providing litigation support and expert witness services in civil matters. He is an adjunct faculty member in the Managerial Sciences Department of the College of Business Administration at the University of Nevada Reno. Chris is also a Regional Director of the National Bureau of Certified Consultants.
