Candace Evart, MBA - President, holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. As a Director in the firm, she manages the litigation support division, the economic and fiscal analysis division, and gaming feasibility and financial studies. Litigation support includes economic loss analyses and business valuation, two areas in which the Firm has been involved for over a decade.

She has more than 25 years of experience in local government financial analysis, both as a practitioner and a consultant. Her expertise includes the analysis of the economic impact on the private and public sectors generated by destination resorts with and without gaming, golf courses, and large residential and commercial projects. Candace has an extensive background in analyzing the economic and market feasibility of casinos and in this regard has been retained by both private and public sector clients in six countries, 15 states and three Canadian provinces. She has published several articles on the impact of casinos on local governments.
