LISA M. BAGLEY, CPA, CVA - Senior Analyst, graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and Computer Information Systems. Lisa holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation issued by the Nevada State Board of Accountancy and is nationally certified as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a business valuation credential.

Her experience includes four years as a staff accountant in a large Reno, Nevada based CPA firm where she worked in the fields of payroll tax reporting, taxes, auditing and financial statement preparation. She worked with businesses in the construction, medical and employee benefit plan fields. Her familiarity with different accounting and computer systems provides a level of understanding that is beneficial in the forensic accounting and business valuation areas.  She is a member of eWomen Network.
